Our returns policy is 10 working days from despatch of Goods. If you wish to return Goods for credit you must first make a Returns Authorisation Request. All Goods being returned should be posted at a Post Office please ensure that you have either a proof of postage from the post office or the goods are sent as signed for. Our returns address is Highways, Little Green Lane, Caddington, Bedfordshire LU1 4EW; alternatively the goods can be handed in at the school in a sealed package clearly marked with your RA Number. (provided your school participates in the school drop scheme, however, please be aware that we will only make a collection from the school if we are already on site delivering. During the low season we may not attend the school every week.)
WHAT IS AN RA NUMBER?
An RAN (Return Authorisation Number) is a number that controls and regulates the flow of customer returns to give a quicker and more accurate service to our customers. It is essential to obtain one prior to sending back any goods purchased from us.
We regret that items returned to us without a valid RA Number will not be processed and may become lost within the system.
HOW DO I OBTAIN AN RA NUMBER?

Please quote your original order number and let us know why you are returning the article(s) so that we can make the necessary improvements in our quality or quality of service.
INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS:
Goods which are not defective or damaged; we will refund you the amount paid for the purchase of Goods provided that the Goods are returned within 10 working days, complete, unused and in good condition with the original tags attached. Please note Goods with Special Order Terms (including named Goods) are only refundable or exchangeable if Goods are found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED GOODS:
We ask that you allow us to repair, replace or refund you for the purchase price paid for any Goods which are found to be defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery. If the Goods are defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery, please notify us within 3 working days of any problem to obtain your RA Number and return the Goods to us.
Items that have been damaged after delivery through either mishandling or not being washed in accordance to the manufacturers washing instructions will not be refunded and returned to the purchaser.
For the sake of clarity, please note that you have to pay the postage or carriage for returning the item(s) to us.
Refunds will be made via the same channel that you used for payment of the order. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to one week.
If you require a replacement item, we would advise you to make a separate order online since this will ensure the fastest delivery time.
